Professional liability insurance for the activity as: tax consultant
Spatial scope: (AVB WSR 558)
1. Germany
2. the states of Europe, Turkey, the Russian Federation and the other states of the former Soviet Union as well as non-European sovereign territories of European states that belong to the EU or the EEA
Insured are liability claims,
(1) asserted in the courts of these countries as well as
(2) violation or failure to comply with the laws of such countries.
3. Worldwide in the amount of the statutory minimum insurance sum for liability claims from the violation or non-observance of foreign law, insofar as they arose from the commercial assistance in tax matters relating to the tax law of these states and the order is based on German law.
In these cases, the insurer's obligation to provide benefits is limited to four times the statutory minimum sum insured. If the agreed contract sum insured is less than four times the minimum sum insured, the insurer's obligation to pay in the cases mentioned is limited to the contract sum insured.
4. The insurance cover does not relate to liability claims that are asserted from activities that are carried out via branches, branch offices or other advice centers abroad.
